Our “Planet” rating evaluates brands based on the environmental policies in their supply chains, from carbon emissions to wastewater, ingredients' impacts, product circularity, and more. Here we rate Manufaktura “Not Good Enough”. These are a few factors influencing its score:

• It uses some lower-impact ingredients including organic ingredients.
• Its product packaging is recyclable.
• There’s no evidence it’s taking meaningful action to reduce water use.
• It could be using palm oil, but it has not disclosed any information regarding responsible sourcing that mitigates environmental impacts.
